New diet for 2008?
I'm looking to lose weight this year and by summer be able to have a bathing suit ready body.. i'm a size 14-16 now and I wanna possibly be a size 10-12 so how much weight should I lose and what would the best diets be for me.. my problems are soda and eating out a lot because i'm usually pretty busy during the week. I'm a HUGE green tea drinker but I don't really think that its as good for me as I think. So anyone have any ideas, tips, and thoughtful advice to help me reach my goal. Success stories!! I need motivation.. I really suck at diets!
