ok here is what i thought to be the restaurants that are best to eat at if your are trying to eat healthy.
Jack in the box= salads =)
Subway= 6inch
Togos= small sandwich. or 1/2 sandwich 1/2 salad
Wendys= if you have to have a burger or something get a side salad instead of fried
as you can see there isnt too many of them, and it just depends upon you when you go somewhere fast food to eat, try to get healthier alternatives such as no cheese, or no mayo, or a salad instead of fries, water or diet instead of soda, and DO NOT GO BIGGIE SIZE LOL even if its free
