Well, I know a little bit. After my 1st child, I held on to 10 lbs. After my second, in which I gained almost 60 during pregnancy, I weighed in at 180 (usually I am 140 to 145). I did massive research and talked to trainers. I then began working out and weight training. I did lose some during aerobics, but I got tired of that. Then, I started doing walk/run and built up to running. It is a fact that the way to lose middle paunch is by cardio. You have to have cardio to burn that fat in the middle. Without it, you might lose a little, but you won't get rid of it all. Since you go to work at noon, you could do 30 to 45 minutes of cardio before you go in. It can be anything that gets that heart rate up. You can mix it up, fast walking or jogging or jog for two minutes and walk for three. Also, remember muscle burns fat and the more muscle mass you have the more calories you will burn so I would incorporate weight training at least twice a week. I did end up getting back down to size and ran a half marathon and was training for a full marathon but unfortunately my knees said "no way". I'm going to do another half though.
