Default Do I need to lose weight? Use Alli? I'm 5'7" 170 lbs?

Let me start off by saying I’m not very over-weight and I know this. I am 24, 5’7”, weigh 170 lbs, and wear a size 6/7 pant. I am in pretty good shape & most of my weight is muscle (I have always played basketball & cheerleading). Looking @ me, most ppl think I weigh 135 lbs. I do cardio 5-6 days a week, & lift 4-5 days a week. I know that muscle weighs more than fat, & if I continue to lift I’ll probably shed fat, but gain muscle… but will my weight ever go down? Meaning, if I shed 10 lbs but gain some muscle won’t the # on the scale still go down? The fat & muscle doesn’t go pound for pound, right? Also, I’m thinking about trying Alli to assist in dropping a few extra pounds. The website says ppl that are 5’7” need to weigh at least 174. Is that really necessary? Especially if you’re targeted to lose only a pound or two a week? I know I probably shouldn’t be thinking about using any ‘diet pill’, but I’m working my butt off and really want to shed these last few pounds! THX!
Wookie: How old are you dear? Do you understand that 170lbs on me does not equate to 170lbs on you? Grow up, I'm a size 6. Always have been.
