Default Will Alli work for a college life student?

I am currently a freshman in college and I am seriously thinking about committing to Alli. I have been to the website and know all about the treatment effects.

Because I live on campus and eat in a dining hall, I am concerned that I won't really know how much fat I am consuming during my meals (Alli says to consume no more than 15g of fat per day). There are plenty of choices at my dining hall and I want to make sure I can take Alli knowing the kinds of foods I should look for in advance and how much to take- so I DONT end up with the treatment effects.

If I could have a list of foods that would most likely be in college dining halls and the right portions, I would be most grateful.

    Thank you!

I understand that even if you stay within the alloted fat intake for the day you will still have the "oozing" and diarrhea. I have some friends that have tried it. It wasn't pretty.

umm i would be worried about that too... i wouldnt do alli until u were preparing ur own food because u really dont know how much FAT is in that kind of food ... stick with salads and grilled food and use ur own lowfat dressing a condiments!!

    good luck!
