You have a point there viktoria, but we have to consider other people too who have tried everything and still did not lose weight. Others have medical condition that makes it impossible for them to lose weight at all. There are also some that just solely depend on pills and not change their eating habit and lifestyle.

Right! I have a couple of friends that are guilty of relying on diet pills so much and still as much as they can. You cannot complain and blame it on the pill or the program not working because they will only work if you work with them too.

I have to say that there are people who don't even eat a lot but gain weight. Not because of the calorie intake but because of stored, unburned fats. They can easily lose weight if they exercise but they are too impatient to wait for the results and resort to taking pills. They are alright, I think. but nothing beats losing weight the natural way and eating right.

That is right mikaela. You are not only losing weight but you are also staying healthy by keeping your body active. Losing weight naturally adds to a person's self worth and confidence. And you appreciate the effort better making it less likely to give them all up by being careless and gain weight again.

I agree with you on that viktoria. When I eat I always remind myself of how long I have come and how far I have achieved. The sacrifices that I have been through is no joke so I cannot be careless. I always remember to stay in control and think that I am eating to feed my hunger and not for pleasure. So even if I only eat a little, I get full and feel satisfied already. We have to bear in mind that eating can comfort us but if we over do it, our body will suffer. When you look at eating as a way to feed hunger, you'll be content with a little serving of any food at all. So if you choose to eat healthy foods, there is no doubt that you will lose weight.

I made a site for people that are a little confused about weight loss.

I will update the resource section and keep adding content. I was considering the products Alli and Proactol to be one of the better ones for weight loss. I am sure Proactol does the trick as it binds with fat and its natural. You could consider Alli as a good supplement but in my opinion Proactol is the #1 choice for people that want to lose weight and could be complemented with a workout program and a healthier lifestyle.

For me taking weight loss pills should be the last resort and if you have consulted with your doctor about it. Even self medication isn't advisable. These pills should be stuck in our body and will surely affect our liver. It could even cause us other illness or condition if we aren't careful because we can be allergic to the ingredients. The best thing to do is to change our eating lifestyle and avoid unhealthy foods. Of course we have to exercise regularly for a healthier body.
