The most common side effects of Alli in most users who have reported the bad effects is having an oily stool, vitamin deficiency, and flatulence (another means by which the body has been known to release unwanted waste). Nothing beats eating right and exercising regularly. It's safe and will certainly make you healthy and fit.

It is important that dieters understand that Alli can only help them lose weight as much. They still need to cut back on fatty foods otherwise you'll experience oil stool or like what mikaela mentioned, flatulence. You still need to eat well and exercise because Alli is not a miracle drug to do all the job for you.

That's right kathy. We cannot expect any pill to do all the job. You will not lose weight if you just take the pill and eat more because of the thought that Alli is saving you from gaining weight. I know that exercising is difficult especially if you think you don't have the time. But it only takes 30 minutes everyday and you'll notice a big difference in your health and well being for a month. You'll be more energized and active. I say what good is a great bod when you get ill from eating unhealthy foods anyway?

I used Alli and ended up in th hospital with severe panceatitis for 10 days. I was placed on oxygen and a feeding tube. I have never experienced pain like that ever. The hospitalization was about a year ago. I had just gotten laidoff and did not have insurance. This episode was financially devastating. At the time the only thing they could attribute my pancreatitis too was hereditary high triglycerides. When I was hospitalized my triglycerides had risen to 6000, when just 5 months before they were just over normal. At that time no direct link had been confirmed regarding pancreatitis and this medication although there are many signs that point to that likelihood.

I'm knew here... but some of the testimony provided here is not very credible considering a vast majority of it is coming from people who only have 1 post.
