what do u guys think about it? Its FDA approved!

It is the over the counter strength of the drug Olistat.

It works by blocking a certain amount of fat from being digested. If you eat too much fat it can cause "unpleasant" side effects, much like when "olean/ olestra" snack foods became available.

If you are already on a lower fat diet it could be a good tool. It is supposed to help you lose 50% more weight than without the med. So if you were going to lose 10 w/out it, you would lose 15 with it.

I have not consdiered the side effects worth the benefit, but your story might be different.
