Any diet pills are not good for you, no matter how much weight they will make you lose. It may not harm you at first but later on when u get older ull see the effects, i would recommend going on a diet even though it takes longer and its a natural way to lose weight. burn more calories than you take in
Alli will not make your heart race and is also not very effective by itself. Alli is the over counter version of an old drug called Orlistat. Basically it takes a portion of the fat you eat and makes it "pass" through your system. But most people actually find they eat more because they think it will just pass through their body. If it was effective before - they would not have made the over the counter version. You also have to be real careful the fat you eat... Some people have reported many embarrassing accidents when the stuff wants out of your body - now....
