oooooooooooooooooooooo
You can lose up to 50% more weight with Alli than diet and exercise alone. They use fat blocking mechanisms, asking you to severely limit your fat intake of both good and bad fats, and some have reported that fat soluble vitamins tend to asborb poorly when using this method. Some of my friends have used this and they said that it worked great. I have not tried it yet but I have seen some good results on my friends who have lost weight. I think it's worth the try but that totally depends on you.
I have not either. I am more inclined to eating healthy and exercising to stay fit. My cousin uses it and she said that it's really helping her lose weight. However she said that there are some uncomfortable side effects like anal leakage, extreme diarrhea, sudden defecation, the need for adult diapers and dark pants, gas, and bloating. They said that these side effects can be avoided if you go on a no fat diet. Very avoidable indeed and easy to follow. Unless there are other side effects that I don't know about![]()
Alli does lower cholesterol and risk of type 2 diabetes with extended use so I guess it's not only a weight loss product but it also offer some health benefits. I know someone who was prescribed by his doctor to use Alli to drop weight and lower his blood pressure.
In any diet program/plan you will need the will power and perseverance to succeed. You will not be able to lose weight if you don't watch what you eat. Control and moderation does hand in hand if you want to drop some pounds. I have not tried any weight loss diet pills but that doesn't mean I don't believe on it. What may not work on you works on anyone else. It just depends on where you are comfortable with.
I agree with you mikaela. I have not taken any weight loss pills but I still believe that they really work because my friends have tried them. I have seen how the pills work on them. However in my case, I don't want to depend on these weight loss pills and lose control of my eating habit. I want to be able to stay healthy naturally.
That's right. I don't take weight loss pills as well but I still control what I eat. I also want to eat junk foods and softdrinks, enjoy french fries, and fried chicken most of the time but I choose not to because I know it's going to hurt my waist and it will take a lot of work to burn them. Ocassionally I still do though but I see to it that I exercise a lot and extend my hours just to burn more and more calories.
I agree with what you all are saying. We do not need to be in diet pills to lose weight but it really doesn't mean that it doesn't work. I am not following any weight loss program but I follow my own diet because that is where I am comfortable with. I feel more in control following my own program rather than taking other people's word because I know myself and i know what is good for me and what is not. I control my food intake all the time and limit my calories between 1000-1200 everyday. I lost almost 38lbs to date and it's a struggle all the time, but with will power, I am able to stay focused and take control all the time. Bottom line is, control is what we need to stay healthy and fit. We will not be successful with any weight loss plan or program if we do not look after what we eat.
