Alli works by making it so fats do not get properly metabolized. The side effects are terrible, you may have greasy discharge from your anus and not even know about it. It's disgusting.

I have seen reviews of Alli saying the same - horrible and often with very little notice you get slippery poos.... nice!

Alli works by decreasing fat absorption in the intestine which reduced the calories you absorb. Side effects include oily anal discharge, diarrhea, more frequent and hard to control bowel movement. Since you have a thyroid problem, it's best to ask your doctor whether it's safe for you to take this.

A friend of mine used Xenical but the side effects are pretty much the same. I could still remember how she struggled with irregular bowel movements while we were at work. Mikaela is right. It's best to consult with your doctor if you want to use this. It might interact with your thyroid medication (if you're taking any) or might have a negative effect in your condition.

It never crossed my mind to try one of these (Alli, Xenical or any other diet pills). The side effects aren't worth it. There might be other fat burners pills you could try or better yet, try a diet plan that will give you the same result, without experiencing these side effects.
