Diet Forums is a community of people with the same goal of losing weight and staying healthy. Everyone is welcome to participate and share their experiences, tips, and knowledge in keeping fit as long as we all follow the rules.
We take banning very seriously and will not hesitate to prevent a member from ever participating in this forum if he/she does not abide to the guidelines. Spammers are most definitely not welcome here so save your insinuation and rumors because they are unnecessary. Please read the forum rules to be aware of the criteria in which a member maybe banned or account closed.
We all want a friendly community where we can coexist and learn from each other. So ask nicely, say politely, and cooperate in keeping this forum a fun community

ALSO IF YOU GET A PRIVATE MESG FROM ANY MEMBER WHICH GIVES YOU A LINK TO CLICK ON OR INVITES YOU TO ANOTHER WEBSITE, BEWARE AS SOME SITES HAVE A TROJAN IN THEM AN AS SOON AS YOU GET TO THAT SITE A JAVA SCRIPT TROJAN INVADES YOUR COMPUTER AND WILL DESTROY INFO , STEAL PASSWORDS, AND OTHER DESTRUCTIVE MEASURES.
PLEASE REPORT ANY/ALL VIOLATIONS TO ME/STAFF. AS WE TRY TO KEEP EVERY MEMBER SAFE FROM BS THAT COMES WITH EVERY FORUM SITE.
