    Default I like to call it a Livit...not a Di-et

Losing weight and feeling great should not be a short term sacrifice, it should not be a sacrifice at all. What it should be is finding a new way to live with food and exercise. If anyone would have told me 10 years ago that I would run a marathon, complete a triathlon and now coach others on feeling and doing the same, I would have told them to go put their head in the sand. At 200lbs I didn't think anything was wrong...at the time!

So Live-IT don't Di-et.....and you will be amazed at where your life takes you!!

Good tip ksaunders.. I think that where the problem is. Some people think of it as Diet and its something that they must force themselves in to. That's why some of them give up halfway. As for me, the idea of looking good and feeling good is what kept me going.

    Live-IT don't Di-et.
Wow!! That phrase sounds simple but powerful. If other people would think that way, obesity will no longer be an ongoing issue

It really is, right? The moment I read it I totally agreed with it. Losing weight, eating right, and exercising shouldn't be a sacrifice at all if it means staying healthy. If we are fit, we avoid sickness and illness and we live longer!

That's a great point! I think you just inspired more people to look at dieting in a positive way. Who ever said that staying healthy and avoiding sickness should be a sacrifice. It only depends on how we look at it. And this is the right time to be doing things right and keep away from unhealthy lifestyle

You all have great points. I have never looked at eating healthy and staying fit a sacrifice. We can still enjoy love calorie foods. We don't need to eat too much fatty, salty, sweet, and preservative rich foods. Healthy foods are more expensive but if that keeps us away from sickness, then it's all worth it. Who wouldn't want to live longer anyway
