Oh yeah I heard that from my friends and even on tv. Many have sworn by Wii because you can exercise and enjoy at the same time. Do you know any good Wii games for weight loss?

Yep...I lost 200 pounds and the only exercise I had was the Wii fit. It was so much fun that it didn't feel like I was exercising. At first, I'd get up the next day and think "oops I overdid it" because I was so out of shape and yet it was so fun I couldn't stop!

Yeah I heard a lot about that from my friends. They said losing weight is a lot easier with Wii because the games are addictive and it makes you lose more weight. I was thinking on trying Wii instead of just enjoying my PS3 . I need to move a lot if I want to stay healthier and not just thin. Do you have good Wii games suggestions?

Oh yeah I have always wanted to try Wii Fit because I love video games and it could push me harder in burning more calories without feeling like I am doing a lot. My friends say Golds Gym Cardio Workout, My Fitness Coach, Dance Dance Revolution Hottest Party 3 are really good. If you're a sports person or if you love dancing, there are good choices as well.

Thanks mikaela, I appreciate the list. I'm thinking of getting a Wii Fit this Christmas so I want to know what to look for

I just bought 'Just Dance 2' but am a bit disappointed in it. There's no attempt to teach the steps to each song. You just watch and mimic...which may work for some people, but not me. I need a 'first do this, then this, now put it together' approach.

We have a number of games, but the only ones I know are the Wii Fit and Wii Sport and I love both.

Oh I'm sure I won't like that too because I prefer to be walked through the steps so I know how to do it right and enjoy the dance. Thanks for sharing it with us. Now I know which one not to buy. Any other good games you can suggest?
