Default How To Get Thin Fast

    Hi there:

Our team is in the process of releasing a complete weight loss program called How To Get Thin Fast, which uses time-proven principles to facilitate safe, but accelerated weight loss. Losing 10 lbs in 10 days is certainly achievable, but you must realize that most of that weight loss within the initial period may not be "Fat Loss" but rather loss of retained water and/or retained "roughage" within your system.

What you really want to be able to do is to jumpstart your system, cleanse it and adopt a balanced nutritional and exercise program that will facilitate continued "fat loss" and improved overall health. That is what our program provides.

Here are some tips that should hopefully get you started off on the right foot:

    1. Start walking and moving
    2. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
    3. Get rid of refined foods
    4. Eat at least 5 or 6 mini meals every day
    5. Include lean proteins and vegetables in each meal or snack
    6. Include Belly Busting Foods as part of your daily intake
    7. Watch portion sizes
    8. Include a good balance of healthy fat in your diet
    9. Start a support network, and
    10. Cheat a little

These are great tips to get you started with losing weight. Some people just need to start slow to be able to get a grip of it. When I was staring with cutting back on my sweets and junk food consumption, I had to start very slow because I felt that drastically changing my eating lifestyle is only a waste of time and I will eventually go back to the old habit. When I was used to eating healthy, suddenly avoiding the junk and the sweets didn't feel it's a sacrifice anymore. Thanks for the tips Jacqueline!

I have long avoided fatty, processed, and refined foods and I believe that it's the reason why I lost a lot of weight. It wasn't easy but now that I have taken control of my diet, I don't give in to unhealthy foods anymore. I mainly eat fruits, vegetables, and fiber rich foods and it has kept me happy with my weight and health at the same time.

That's amazing! You certainly have great self control kathy. Not all of us can do that. It must have been difficult at first to avoid all the foods you have used to eating. I'm trying that now too and I know it will take a lot of getting used to but I'll get there

Great tips Jacqueline! Actually losing weight shouldn't be that difficult if we only follow the simple rules: eat a balanced diet, get moving, and drink plenty of water. You will never go wrong with these simple tips. The thing that makes dieting so hard is cutting back on junk foods, sweets, fatty foods, and calorie rich drinks. We can still eat anything we want but we just need to cut it down to minimum and then exercise regularly to help the body burn these calories faster.

I have been exercising everyday for almost a month already and I have noticed improved energy, healthier skin, and flatter tummy . Viktoria is right, we can still eat everything we want but to keep it in moderation. I still eat sweets but limit to a small portion so get satisfaction from the foods I eat. I feel lighter everyday even if I don't cut back on a lot of food, except for junk foods. I haven't had chips for a long time and I am proud of what I have been doing because it's almost impossible for me to say no to junk foods before

That's good mikaela! I need to do more exercises to help me become fitter. I want to tone down a few body areas because I have lost a lot of weight. I want to work on making my tummies flatter with exercise. Any tips?

Lots of sit ups . I do 300 sit ups everyday at 30 per set. You may want to start slow though because we know it's not very easy to do 50 sit ups in each set. You can work on what you feel is best for you. I just follow that routine according to what I feel my body needs. I do add 1 set every week and it has managed to keep my tummy flat

Oh yeah definitely! Wii is very helpful because you don't feel like you're exercising at all. I have heard so many people losing weight from playing with Wii
