    Losing weight quickly will affect the body mass or muscles which isn't good because that could also affect the heart. An average person can only lose 1 to 2 pounds of body weight a week. Anything more than that are sometimes possible but not without serious side effects.

    I'll make sure to take note of that Mikaela! I don't want to push myself too much to exercise if my body cannot take it anymore. I always try to eat healthy and even though sometimes I cheat and eat sweets or fatty foods, I make sure that I don't consume lesser calories than what my body needs because I'm sure that there will be side effects.

    When we talk about weight loss first thing we have to discuss briefly, what should be the diet and it also depends on the time of food consuming, proper diet with all the nutrients required for the normal growth of body should be there, people have this myth that if you eat less food you will loss weight, but it is just a imagination, you can suffer from deficiency disorders by doing that.

    Yeah I agree and you can be malnourished if you keep eating less and unhealthy. Eating 5 - 6 small meals everyday will actually speed up the metabolism and help with the weight loss. I have tried yoyo dieting and it doesn't work. You can only keep it for a year or 2 then gain all the weight you lost which can be frustrating and dangerous to the health. I learned that you can actually eat what you want if you only keep an active life, eat in moderation, and avoid junk and fatty foods.
