    The quick weight loss methods which have spread like fire these days do not provide lasting results. More often than not, dieting methods which involve dietary drinks, foods and supplement or pills do not work. If they do, the results are just temporary.

    It is better to rely on a healthy weight loss option which will provide lifetime results. You have to set realistic goals and not expect to lose a lot of pounds in a short span of time.

    The answer is that you have to change the nutritional composition of the foods you eat.

    The key to a healthier way of losing weight is to eat fat burning and potent foods.

    I totally agree with you. Losing weight is hard and it's understandable to look for easier ways to do it. However, fast weight loss options are also risky, sometimes, even considered unsafe. A healthy diet and regular exercise is the best and safest way to do it. It's slow, but it works.

    Fast weight loss options are only a temporary solution and there is a possibity that you could even gain the weight you lost after you finished the program.

    I've been told about these certain weight loss pills at healthytrim.com, however, I agree with Sasa. There are ways to lose weight fast but keep in mind they pose serious risks.

    The easiest way to do it is honestly, and i'm sure you've heard it before, work out 45 minutes 3 times a week and cutting fatty foods out of your diet. By this, I found when I lost 25 lbs last year, not to cut out foods you enjoy, but get rid of foods you do need (Soda, fast food, snacks).

    That's true.. I agree with you.. Cutting out unhealthy foods is a wise decision.. They are nothing but junk.. They don't give you nutrients at all.. Maybe just a little but mostly just fats.

    There's a reason why junk foods are called "junk". I admit that they taste good since I eat junk foods before too but it can easily be avoided.. I haven't eaten junk foods in months.. I don't miss it at all.

    True.. You all have a point.. Once you get used to eating fruits and vegetables for snacks, you won't crave for fast food or junk foods anymore.. I mean, there are a lot of recipes you can try so you won't have to eat them raw.

    I know about apples but I didn't know that coffee, peppers and mustard have the same effect. Thanks for sharing

    Sometimes it's really hard to not give in to junk food cravings. If we do, lets choose those that have less fats, lower calorie count, and lesser preservatives as those aren't good for the body.

    You are correct. Loosing weight very quickly is not welcome. It has many side-effects on our body.
