For those who have tried exercising / working out and watch their diet but still don't see any improvement, they opt for fad diets hoping that they also lose as much weight as what is advertised or is said from client reviews. I think whether we choose natural way to lose weight of take medication, or follow a fad diet, we should still listen to our body and do what we feel is best for us. It's also best to get your body analyzed or get an expert's opinion to have an idea which one is more suitable for you.
