    For those who have tried exercising / working out and watch their diet but still don't see any improvement, they opt for fad diets hoping that they also lose as much weight as what is advertised or is said from client reviews. I think whether we choose natural way to lose weight of take medication, or follow a fad diet, we should still listen to our body and do what we feel is best for us. It's also best to get your body analyzed or get an expert's opinion to have an idea which one is more suitable for you.

    I think some dieters fail to succeed in losing weight because the program they follow is not the right one for them. I don't think you'll lose much if the program is not suitable for you. Asking help from an expert will indeed make you understand which program is best for you to lose weight and which one is best for your problem areas.
