    I agree, this post is very useful and I like it too. If I were to choose betweem these diet programs, I'd go for Dr. Siegals Cookie Diet! It wouldn't feel like you are dieting at all when you get to enjoy delicious cookies

    If I were to choose which diet program I would go for between these options, I choose Ultra Slim XS because it helps in speeding up the metabolism and at the same time satisfying the appetite. And that is just what I need

    I haven't tried those diet programs yet and I don't think I want to. My own diet plan has been very successful and I am very much comfortable with it so I want to stick to it and not try another. It may compromise my diet if I try other programs. I know my body too well now and I have created the perfect diet for myself and my body's needs.

    Me either. I believe that the best weight loss program is the natural way of eating healthy and exercising. Once you have changed your lifestyle and get used to eating right and keeping active, you will be fit!

    Yeah that's true. It is very personal because unless you are comfortable and you have the dedication you will not lose weight at all. It is also important to believe in the program so if you follow a program because it worked for many but you don't trust you will lose weight, then chances are you won't lose a pound. So stop waisting your time and start when you have made up your mind to commit to losing weight.

    I don't follow any program as well because I am more comfortable making up my own. I exercise slowly everyday and try to enjoy it as much as possible so I don't get tired of doing it.
