    i want to share my method...

    1. eat milk on the morning, rice with some meat on the noon and milk + apple again on the night
    2. swim at least 30 - 45 minute a day (not play with water, but swim)
    3. endurance to do point 1 and 2 ^^

    Thanks for sharing your methods bebekkoleng however, it's a little extreme. Just milk for breakfast? You need to eat more since you're exercising and you need more energy.
