Great list! Here's another... Try to avoid the urge to indulge in a fast food meal. Or if you do, order the salad and never the fat-filled burgers and fries.

Junk foods can really contribute a lot to weight gain. I was crazy over junk foods before as well. I still love them but I control craving for it because I aside from the weight gain problem that I will face if I don't stop myself, I also don't get nutrients that is beneficial to my health. So it's best to go for healthy alternatives

I think almost everyone loves to eat junk foods. They are just so delicious and also packed with calories and sodium that undeniably makes us put on some weight too. I have long been avoiding junk foods and I can say that I am at my best shape. Anyone who wants to be healthier can stay away from it. It's difficult but definitely doable. You just need to control yourself more and like what mikaela said, look for a healthier alternative.

I count my daily calorie intake so I can pretty much eat whatever I want as long as I don't go over my daily calorie limit. It pretty much worked for me and I already reached my goal weight. I eat junk foods once in a while so I won't feel deprived from those things.

What worked best for me is daily exercise of 30-45 minutes. It is healthy and the effect is long term. I also eat 5 small meals instead of three huge ones.
