Cool Make small steps rather than giant leaps. Take it easy and slowly.

Make small steps rather than giant leaps. Take it easy and slowly. The efficiency will come after your flexibility.

If you want to achieve positive result you need to sustain flexible.

If you want to achieve positive result you need to sustain flexible. Change destination every time you need to.

Don't stick to the stakes imposed by yourself or to the stakes the others want to impose to you.

Good point beast5mk.. I agree. Same applies to dieting. Fast weight loss is nothing but temporary. If you want effective and long lasting result, you have to take it slowly.

I couldn't agree with you more.. beast5mk and mikaela. Slow is good. Weight loss is not a race. There's no need to speed it up.

I also agree with this principle.. especially this one

In weight loss, it's change in routine is necessary. You can't stick to the same strategy alone

What motivates me is the thought that I am working to keep my body strong and healthy. Nothing could be better than that because being sick or ill will not only destroy your body but also affect your spirit. I want to do more with my life and I want to stay in good shape so I can have a better life. Dieting is difficult but the benefits you reap is worth it. Just set realistic expectation and don't be too hard on yourself.

When we start some new plan for our health and fitness we put a lots of energy in it, and as time goes we just become bored from that routine, so i suggest to start slowly then go for a fast move.

Oh yeah I definitely agree! When you decide that you want to lose weight it gets you so excited you want to start right away and go fast in hopes of losing weight faster. However, the moment we see results we tend to slack and cheat on our diet and exercise more. Then if we see slower results, we lose interest and become bored. You have to be very realistic with the weight loss goal and the time frame to avoid getting frustrated with slower results.
