I notice I gain weight if I don't drink enough water. What I have actually done to make sure that I drink enough water everyday is I installed this Android app to remind me to drink water and I have followed through very well. I can set the number of water I want to drink in a day and set the start time and end time and it automatically adjusts the time when to remind me to drink water. Sometimes when I get too busy at work I forget to consume enough water but with the help of this app, I feel a lot healthier!
