    Default Gaining Weight

Obesity is worse but you ask this to a person who is very weak or lean! For them, gaining weight becomes an aim of the life. However hard they try, weight gain seems to be very difficult for them.

Everyone who is thin wants a quick plan to gain weight. Top of that, it is well known fact that the fatty body brings lots of diseases and hence, weight gain without increasing too much fat becomes more difficult.

Proteins will help you build the muscles and body stamina. But one should remember that don’t over do that because the body will utilize what it wants and rest of your protein remains undigested. Proteins are to be eaten after workouts. Proteins are present in vegetables and meats. Many vegetables like legumes (beans), leafy green vegetables, whole grains like rice have abandon quantity of proteins. Eating the whole grains and vegetables in a combination is labeled as a complete food to gain weight and remain healthy.

Drink plenty of water. Water is required by the body all the time. It is not that water is to be drunk when you feel thirsty. You should have water after regular gap. This will regulate the metabolism of your body, which will pave the way towards healthy body by gaining the weight.

Try to eat the food which is fresh. It is said that minimum of 50% of your food should be alive in terms of fresh, raw and unprocessed. Dead food or overcooked food can't put weight for you. Give up the foods cooked or prepared in microwaves, a natural approach of the fire to the food is preferred for healthy diet. Restrict the food having refined flour. It will gain weight for you but will provide no energies. These are so called as ‘empty calories’ foods that provides only calories but no nutrition. Instead of that, chicken soup, eggs etc are to be included as these foods are rich in proteins and other important elements.

Try to avoid stimulant drinks in terms of coffee, tea, alcohol, chocolates, cocoa, cola drinks, carbonated beverages, aspirin etc. These are hard on the adrenal glands and may eat up all your nutrients making you thinner. Try to replace all these drinks by fresh fruit or vegetable juices. Fruits digest faster than any other type of food available on the planet. They have good enzymes in them and so amicable for the intestines to digest. One should also go for carbohydrates, which are the primary sources of energy.

Hot dogs, burgers, French fries etc come under the junk foods. Canned foods, packaged foods, too much oily food will surely put on your weight but mind it they all come under ‘empty calories’. They all will make you bulky but not a person having ideal weight. Gaining the weight in proper manner by eating nutritious items will serve the real purpose of increasing the weight.

There are lot many supplements those are considered to be good for gaining the weight. Lot many Chinese, Indian and Australian herbs are under research to evaluate their properties in gaining the weight. These herbs give strength and stamina to the body by increasing overall body weight according to their sciences.

True. If you want to gain weight, eating unhealthy foods is not the best way. Start weight training and go on a high protein diet. Always aim to eat healthy whether you are trying to lose weight or gain them.

I think gaining weight for thin people are just as difficult as losing weight since it requires just as much willpower and commitment. Their situation is different since they can eat whatever they want as many times as they want and sometimes, they are not even gaining an ounce. But then if they continue to eat unhealthy foods, they also increase their risk in developing health problems.

That's great bebekkoleng. Strength training combined with a high protein diet is the best way to gain weight and I'm glad he was able to achieve it.
