    Default Atkins low carb lunch?

I decided to do atkins last week, and the first 2 weeks suck, I am growing tired of lettuce wrapped burgers....

i need another alternative for lunch, something creative, preferrably something i can get at a restaurant locally....

trying to avoid the burger and side salad again today...

Try Atkins recipe- you would never go back to your regular stuff.

    Atkins-Friendly Cheesecake

2 8-ounce packages of Neufchâtel cheese
    22 packets Splenda
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 eggs

    1. Mix cheese, Splenda and vanilla.
    2. Add eggs. Mix well with electric mixer.
    3. Bake in pie plate at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes. Cool three hours.

    Based on individual serving.

There's a lot of pretty awesome Atkin's friendly recipes that you can easily make for lunch. You might want to try Omelette's and hearty soups. I know of a pretty delicious tomato + ham soup that is light on carbs.

Take a non-fat chocolate milk or soy bean milk. A tomato soup and some canned pumpkin, or you can try blueberries
