I posted this before, but it was at a weird time and I only got a few responses, so I'm trying again.
I'm trying to figure out what to do. I found out recently that I can't eat gluten. I actually wasn't too depressed about that because I felt so much better and all these symptoms that I'd had for a long time went away. Then a couple months later the doctor tested me for more food allergies and it turns out that I'm also allergic to milk, eggs, beef, and pork. I'm really depressed now because I'm trying to lose weight and I actually have the energy to do so now that I no longer eat gluten. The only diet that's worked for me in the past is Atkins so as you can imagine I'm a little depressed that I can't do that anymore. Anyway, I'm trying to figure out what to do now. I want to lose weight and I want to get healthy. So if you're doing a diet that you like please tell me about it. What do you eat? Is it hard? Do you feel healthier?

. It's not easy because I have been so used to and loving meat so much. I do avoid eating pork now and only cook fish and chicken. Eating out is indeed a challenge because most of the time, even if I don't want to, the only foods available anywhere are fast foods and most of them are fatty/fried foods. Maybe I should start bringing granola bars with me and have that instead of eating junk foods out.
