I hear you... I stopped pressuring myself to keep a healthy diet all the time because every time I try so hard, I just keep coming back to enjoying sweets such as cakes and ice cream which is such a pain. Now what I'm doing is I just avoid going around when I do my groceries and just stock on more fruits and fresh vegetables. No more passing by the center isles where all the fatty, sweets, and junks foods are found
