Really? I love Cinnabon but it's high in calories. Great information CellarElf because some of the followers of the new Atkins diet maybe compromised. I don't follow this diet but it's just good to know and yeah it's really ironic that Dr. Atkins already died but there's a new version of his diet. Better yet follow the original version of the book
