Default Can I drink cappuccinos on Atkins Induction?

Using cream instead of milk and splenda instead of sugar?

What does your book say? Yes and no, splenda can trigger cravings for carbs. The induction phase is to deaden the cravings. once you get beyond induction then you can increase splenda, although you can't go crazy. Dr. A recommended decaffeinated coffee over caffeinated. Cream is just fine. It won't give you a heart attack.

Your goal on Atkins is to improve your health, get rid of those nasty and unhealthy cravings for bread, sugar, rice, potatoes etc.

Technically, yes, but it is better to avoid caffeine and artificial sweeteners as much as possible.

depends on how much cream you plan on using. during the induction you should limit it to small amounts.
