    Heartburn is something I started experiencing as I got older. I was lucky if I was able to go a single day without feeling bloated in the mornings and after meals. My heartburn was so bad at times, that I would literally feel as the acid passed through my esophagus and into my throat. At times I would even vomit.

    I haven't had a lot of time to come here even if I want to because so many things have happened in my life. My grandfather died of cancer and there are so many other stressful things that are going on. I gained weight when I got depressed last year, and now I'm back on my feet.
