    i have a problem i am 15 years old i have 57 pounds and 168 cm i can`t lose weight,i have tried a lot of diets and they were working cause i lost 4 pounds but then they just stoped working i tried everything,now i am on dukans diet but it isn`t working,and school is starting in 5 days i need to lose 2 more pounds,can anyone give me some advice pleasee??

  3. PLz Advise... Classic or Lean?

    Hello Everyone!!!

    I have been doing P90X for 8 days now and doing good I started with the classic and already noticing some small changes. I am VERY addicted already .

    But I would like some advice: I started doing this program to lose weight, tone up (get great arms, back, shoulders, biceps, abs) for my wedding dress. I have about 20-30lbs I want to lose in 2-3 months. I started with the classic program, but should I switch and do the lean program ..which program will

    If you had known me while in my college years, I wouldn't dream of having to write this, let alone be "sweating" my current shape. Yes, I'd heard it all before: "as you get older, you can't burn calories like you used to... Alcohol doesn't help a diet.....the stress of a career along with a lack of sleep, blah, blah, blah..." Well, here I am... Weighing in at 245 and constantly running out of gas. I am my worst fear.
