    If you had known me while in my college years, I wouldn't dream of having to write this, let alone be "sweating" my current shape. Yes, I'd heard it all before: "as you get older, you can't burn calories like you used to... Alcohol doesn't help a diet.....the stress of a career along with a lack of sleep, blah, blah, blah..."
