So day two is coming to a close and I am feeling no more excited about tis headache than I did yesterday!!! If I am enduring this pain I had better get some results!!!! So I am not looking forward to my "wonderful" shake tonight! And my constantly grumbling tummy and oh lord if this headache doesn't bug off!!! But I am pushing myself through this cause I need to finish it..... just like most dieters, you don't generally finish something you start or we'd all be skinny!!!!!

Hi everyone!

So lets talk about the end of day one! Last night was to say the least awefull! I thought I was honestly going to die! The hunger that hits around 8:00pm was unreal.... and then came the headache which I've been told is because my body is going through withdrawls from caffine! I was in bed by 9:30 to keep myself from cheating and opening the fridge...... and I mangaed to not take anything for the pounding pain in my head! All night I was awake over and over for my headache....... ...

Today is Day 1 of the Isagenix 30 cleanse program. I have mixed emotions today but I can't say that I am at all hungry so far today! Which is a bonus.
