Default Vitamin D Cut The Risk Of Type 2 Diabetes

I read an article from Medical News Today that individuals who get plenty of Vitamin D reduces their risk of type 2 diabetes by 55%.. Wow!! That's really great news. This is another reason for us to get exposed to sunshine.. Oh, not only that.. It also reduces risk of cardiovascular disease by 33%.. This is all based on a study participated by 100,00 people.

Fact: 90% of vitamin D from our body comes from sunshine so be sure to get exposed at least 30 minutes, twice a week.

Of course, we still need to be sure that we have a healthy diet and regular exercise.

Very Good post viktoria.. Vitamin D is the cheapest vitamin and it's good to know that it also helps prevent diabetes..

I agree. This is a very good information you just posted. Thanks for sharing.. Vitamin D is not the cheapest, it's also the easiest to get.. I make sure to get my dose every morning.
