I think that would be a problem won't it? Diet programs should encourage portion control and healthy eating. This doesn't sound like one of themThere is no restriction on your appetite you are absolutely free to eat and drink

The one big draw back that comes with the use of the DSP is your food bill will double in actual cost as orgainc food stuffs are way more expensive then the prosessed alternitives.
Some of the claims that are being made by the makers of the DSP makes me wander how long is will be before one of the major food chains takes them to court, some of the food stuff being sold by the large food stores are being dissed as pure dangerous by the makers of the DSP.
The DSP offers a compleat "done it all for you" aproch in its sales pitch. But the shopping list is none existant. I found it to be little more than an advert for some little know food stuffs which have to be bought off the internet, all of these products are aproved by the makers of the DSP strangly enough.
I feel the DSP is not one of the main stream weight loss programs. If you want a good fast acting weight loss program go with the TNT or GI diet programs coulped with some form of excersise rutine. But ask for help with carb intakes during this time, do not be tempted to starve your self totaly of carbs.
The DSP is a long term healthy eating solution, do not confuse it with any thing ealse.
Alot of the food stuffs recomended with the DSP I found not to my liking and some of the recipes on offer are little more than bland food injected with herbs to give them some kind of flavor.
I strongly feel that the DSP marketing plan is to get in and make a fast buck before the bubble bursts. Should you make a derogatory post on the DSP face book page it will quickly get deleated, for this one reason I am a little suspect of the marketing ploy used to sell this diet solution.
An alternitive is to buy the TNT or the GI diet books for £5 or less from Amazon and use them to lose that stuborn fat then may be switch to the DSP to keep it off.
The DSP is not a book as such you get it sent to you as a down load of PDF files which can be printed out or burn to a CDR and copied, Is this diet solution worth £37 I personal don't think so. I bought it then asked for a refund which is now being prosessed. I'll let you know if the refund was for comming.
I must ask a question.
Most of the fade diet programs on offer on the Net have some form of warning diolog box pop up when you try to quit the web page. These pop ups make me feel a little presurised into continuing. Like a second hand car sales man who wont take no for an answer or the double glazing sales man who simply refuses to leave untill you sign the contract. It all seems rather suspect and smacks a little of a sales tactic.
My question is simply this.
Why do you get a warning pop up when you tri to quit any of the DSP web page. So is this just no more run of the mill diet fad which all most tricks you into buying it?
Whislt doing my reserch one such pop up from a diet web site actualy said I must be a fat lazy git if I quit the web page. I find these pop ups anoying and well unwarrented.
"are you sure you want to navigate away from this page?"

Well I think that most websites are biased into selling their products and not too concerned about the health of the dieters. Of course they wouldn't take no for an answer. And they absolutely will not say that there are side effects to their products so we have to be careful of what we buy to help us lose weight.
I was so glad to read this thread, as I have been interested in this program. It was enlightening to know that for $47 one gets ebooks!, this really makes it unrealistically expensive. My impression had been that it must be a good program, as I could not locate any used books, now I know why.
I have been, however, very pleased with the 7 day e-course available on the web site.
yes ingridwyss, it just goes to show. posting something, even tho you may think its small or trivial, it does help someone or more than one person.
I agree so continue sharing your experiences or what you know about losing weight that works for you because it may help another member or even visitor! Glad to have you here ingrid![]()
Which fad diets do you think is easier to follow and less expensive? My friend is interested with South Beach but I think it's really hard to keep up with. Any suggestion for an easy to follow diet that's suitable for a busy working woman?
@dazzler: it's not really a diet fad or official diet, but my friends have finally convinced me to eat organic. It's been a couple weeks and I actually notice a difference in energy and mental clearness. No weight loss yet, but I can see how this can translate to being healthier and losing some weight. Sorry, I don't have a specific diet to recommend, just try eating organic foods for a couple weeks and see if you notice a difference.
The diet plan sounds so simple. But I have heard or read too many articles about diet plans and nothing seems to work as promised. I agree with you dame.42jdt about the benefits. But do you know of any other method? I'm a person who loves to go out and dine with some friends, but I worry about the calories I take from these famous restaurants. Can you suggest anything for me so that I don't sacrifice what I enjoy most, yet continue to live healthy? I just discovered nutritionix calculator to check what I love to eat and somehow, it helps me with my diet.
