    @ckgirl: Thanks! I have more confidence on organic foods because I know that they are healthier. I only worry though that some of the foods in the market/groceries are not really organic even if they claim they are. They are more expensive . How do we tell if the foods we are buying are indeed organic?

    This diet programe will work long term. Like all diets you have to stick with it. However as Mikaela said you have to be realistic and don't expect huge weight losses in a few weeks. Dieting should become part of your lifestyle, so it has to be something you can live with.

    Lifestyle change is a bold and difficult move so before doing so, make sure you are ready. I have read so many comments from users who have given up and gained the weight they lost. I believe it's just a waste of money if you don't think you can stick to the plan. Might as well start when you're ready. And I don't think I can stick to a lifetime diet program because I react differently towards restrictions and I often times do the complete opposite. I just want to have control of what I eat and I decide which ones I cut back. This way I feel satisfied and happy with what I'm doing.

    Oh yeah totally! It's not an easy decision at all because if you've gotten used to the unhealthy stuff like enjoying fast foods and junk foods like I do LOL. There shouldn't be anymore turning back once you have made up your mind, but shouldn't also be done drastically because you will suffer from withdrawal. Your body will crave so much of the stuff you deprive yourself and sometimes it doesn't end up good. The key indeed is strategy on how to better handle the change in your eating lifestyle.

    Diet Solution Program complete manual diet plan. you have to check your food, do sometime exercise for diet with appropriate techniques for your daily routine.
