Hi, I just registered here tonight because I know I need to lose weight, but I need support, information and guidance to do it.
I have no problem changing eating habbits, but I don't know anything about healthy nutrition and I find it hard to get through all the articles that are out there. Many sites want to sell you stuff while I know it can be accomplished by changing habbits.
So, I am hoping I can find some help here! Looking for recipes and food combination for every meal of the day.
Please, all your input will be greatly appreciated!
Oh btw I am 24 and female :-)!
