    I'd would love to learn more about chocolate diet. I agree that many go for chocolates to get comfort. I do that too. Whenever I feel bad about anything, or I feel sick, I go get myself some chocolates and I feel better

Chocolates, especially the dark ones, are rich in anti-oxidants that protects body from aging caused by free radicals, which can cause damage that leads to heart disease.     This is a healthy diet avoiding saturated fats. All others food are permitted. It's a balanced diet of about 1200 calories where a little chocolate is permitted for pleasure and to avoid sugar cravings

    It's not a diet with milkshakes but with all natural foods.

    Thanks for sharing this diet with us Amapola! Dark chocolates are indeed healthy as long as we consume it in moderation
