    Default Anyone read or reading The Hormone Diet

    I've just started and am finding it extremely interesting it's all about balancing the hormones in our body so it can function properly. She designed the diet at U Weight Loss and I'm signing up there tomorrow AND reading her book.

    Women, Men, and Children would all benefit from someone in the family reading the book I think. A big deal with her is all the food and plastics that surround our food that contain Phaletes (sp?) that screw up the bodies ability to process food the way it should. Huge marker for obesity in children as well as adults. We all have hormones, men and women a like, so yes I think that it would be beneficial to men as well.

    thats great..today im planning to go online and find the book you are saying..

    im very interested in that book because im now doing research on what diet is very effective..

    I have not read that book but if it as good as the members say it is, then I'll look for it.

    The book describes the importance of healthy hormonal balance for men and women of all ages and stages of life. Balance all of the hormones that influence weight. I did not know that there are several hormones that affect our ability to lose weight and just one hormonal imbalance will sabotage our efforts. The book clearly explains all of the lifestyle habits required to restore complete hormonal balance. It's really helpful for people who don't know where to start with their weight loss plan.

    That is great. I do agree that some of the people gain weight because of hormonal imbalance. I read that some women even have to take pills to keep their hormones balanced. This hormonal imbalance can also cause acne so I think this book is great. It will not only help people lose weight but also keep us all informed of reason why the body gains weight.
