I am a writer and trying to make myself a name in a health nice.
Because of that i need your help.
I would like your opinion about next issues:
1. What would you read in a diet book? Do you prefer exact plan for eating and training or you would like to choose yourself a food and exercises to do?
2. How long should be a diet book?
3. How much could a diet book cost?
If you have some ideas of what you would like to read or suggestions for me then i would gladly like to hear them.
I want to create a book which gives people a choise: what do they want to eat and how would they like to get in shape. I want to create a plan that really helps and would aslo be healthy and not so strict. I want to give something sensational to readers.
