    I am a writer and trying to make myself a name in a health nice.
    Because of that i need your help.
    I would like your opinion about next issues:
    1. What would you read in a diet book? Do you prefer exact plan for eating and training or you would like to choose yourself a food and exercises to do?
    2. How long should be a diet book?
    3. How much could a diet book cost?

    If you have some ideas of what you would like to read or suggestions for me then i would gladly like to hear them.

    I want to create a book which gives people a choise: what do they want to eat and how would they like to get in shape. I want to create a plan that really helps and would aslo be healthy and not so strict. I want to give something sensational to readers.

    hmmm if you write some innovative weight loss idea in your book, like what to eat when to eat etc.

    if your tips works for people to loss weight then it will be definitely popular and you will get good cost

    I would prefer to read on facts and natural weight loss articles. It is important to me that I lose weight and keep fit in a natural way, rather than taking medications or supplements.

    I would like to read on healthy food articles and more information about fruits and it's benefits. Specific diet plan is not important to me. I just need more details on what are the safest and most healthy foods to eat so I can make my own personal diet plan. Normally it's only education that we need on what not to eat. The book should not cost more than $15 because amazon offers big discounts on diet books right now. I prefer it to be more affordable

    Generally I love to read about diet recipes and diet plan that are natural and easy to follow. Also giving information on health risks and benefits of foods that we most commonly consume.
