    Yeah! I have heard of Jumpstart 7 from Ms. McCarthy too.. I believe it is all natural indeed, but the thing is; are the juices suggested easy to find or accessible? I think the diet program is simply healthy but does not make you lose weight fast enough unlike other programs. The "7 days" is simply a catch. I think people must be aware that specific diet coincides with specific people. You need to know your body first through Diet coaching and Weight Loss Forums not only in the Internet. Try Christopher Guerriero program, I dont think it's a fad either. But I guess the free videos in his site helps, it's a plus.

    The 7 days is not a catch. The site have received numerous positive testimonials from the users who really lost weight during the seven days. Some of the fruits are not readily available esp when they are out of season. However, you can always find some other fruits as substitutes. The site will be adding a forum soon so the users can discuss issues and concerns.

    Thanks for sharing us another amazing way of losing weight naturally. I actually prefer staying fit the natural way by eating right. It may take longer than the other weight loss program but with perseverance and commitment, you will see very good results. Not only will I stay healthy but I will also be doing my skin a big favor. Healthy skin is beautiful and is one of the most important thing to me.

    I do believe that fruits can make us healthier and fitter. Me and my mom love to eat fruits all the time instead of munching on junk foods and we don't have problems keeping fit. I suggest you guys also try it. It will also help clean our intestines because it is rich in vitamins and fiber. It's the best way of staying healthy and buring all those unnecessary fats

    That is absolutely correct Sasa. You consume more fruits and vegetables by juicing them instead of eating them. Just imagine eating a whole bunch of carrots hehe. You will never be able to consume as much carrots when you eat them than when you juice them. Juice diet is a natural way to lose weight and it's very effective. You have nothing to lose but pounds.

    Very well said StayHealthy! I love your posts because they are helpful and informative. I agree that we won't be able to eat that much fruits and vegetables if they are raw/cooked compared to them being juiced. I love eating fruits and vegetables as they keep me stay fit. It also helps me to keep full most of the time and helps me stop craving for food that I don't need like junk foods.

    I have gotten used to eating very little amount of food. I have also gotten used to eating sandwiches and oatmeal to control my calorie intake so juicing is definitely a great way of giving our body enough amount of fruits or vegetables without eating too much of it.
