    Cool 90 days Rina's Diet

Hello. I'm Cristiana, 25 years old - married and a 9 months old son. Since I was 14 I'm in permanent cure for lose weight. I've tried everything, every stupid diet, I tried to stave, to drink water in the morning, to drink lemon juice, to eat garlic... and one thing worked since now: herbalife program, with pills. In 2 months I've lost 18 pounds, but I got almost 7 back in the next year. After that I got pregnant, in september 2008 I was 140.8 pounds and in june 2009, right before my son was born I was 182.6. It was awfull. I forgot to say that I have 5.51 feets/66.1 inch. Everything got normal until january 2010 when I stoped breastfeeding my baby, and when I say stop to food! Then I was 149.6 lbs. In 14 January I started 90 days Rina Diet and I am very proud of me. In almost 50 days I've lost, eating great and starting to cook, 13.4 lbs. I am so great, but I'll not give up. I must go until day 90 and then to keep another 90 days maintenance diet. Yesterday i've made a blog about the diet.
Here I'll tell you abot the diet, I'll post the menus from the book and tell you what I've eat in that day, I'll show you pictures with food I've cooked and teach you what's good and bad to eat (or not) and maybe show you picture before and after... and also ask you to help me with this blog, to show me your recipes and how many lbs have you lost with this diet.
If you are ready... I am! Be close to this blog! 90 Days Rina's Diet everyday I'll update. tnx alot

That is great to hear cristianka! Some dieters spend a lot of money finding the right program/plan for them. I have not tried any plan/program but I think that the most important thing when following a plan/program is to make sure that you are comfortable with the diet that you have to follow. Trust is also important so you don't lose hope and keep going. Losing weight doesn't happen overnight. You have to take it easy to achieve great results. If you lose patience, you will most likely gain all the weight that you lost when you started with the plan/program.

I agree with you mikaela. Dieting is not an easy thing to do especially if you love to eat. There are plenty of temptations around and you have to be strong to avoid them and keep with the diet plan that you chose to follow. The best thing to do is to take it slow and not rush in losing weight. You are right that when you said that losing weight doesn't happen overnight. If you want faster results, the faster way is operation. However most of us cannot afford to do that so we opt to follow a less expensive option. If you want a long lasting result, take your diet easy and be very patient.

The key to losing weight is a healthy and active lifestyle. Dieting is about keeping everything balanced. Eating the right food, avoiding alcohol and smoking, getting enough sleep, and exercising. You'll notice the effects longer but you have a bigger chance of keeping the weight that you want without gaining them all back.

Eating right, exercising, and drinking plenty of water will help us stay healthy. I make sure that I eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and keep the fatty foods to the minimum. Stop craving and eat right.

Fruits and vegetables are very much helpful in losing weight. Carbs and protein are as important but the diet should contain more fruits and veggies. Avoiding the junk and changing your lifestyle and choosing to eat healthy will keep your body fitter

My mom was never a fan of junk foods and she likes eating fruits a lot. So I grew up not liking junk foods that much. I prefer to eat vegetables than meat products. And I eat more fruits everyday than any carbo foods so I never had a problem with my weight. The only food that I cannot give up is dark chocolates. However I keep them in moderation. It's rich in antioxidants that the body needs too so I am not worried at all. Bottom line is, it helps a lot when the family is used to eating healthy because the kids also do the same and dieting is not difficult.

Eating carbs is alright as long as you choose healthy carbohydrates. Fast foods are packed with calories and are most the time the reason why people are gaining lots of weight. When eating out in a fast food, eat only half of the serving so you don't overeat.

on carbo day at lunch with this diet you can eat

Boiled pasta or pizza, or any kind of savoury pastries of the same amount as a pizza. Forflavouring you can have tomato sauce or a small helping of vegetables.

so yesterday i've made a sauce with: olive oil, onion, tomatoes, zucchini, garlic, basic, salt and pepper and with pasta was a great lunch!
