    Thank you for sharing us great ways on how to lose weight and live healthy StayHealthy. Many of us here don't know which diet program/plan to go with and are still weighing their options. I'm sure they would like to find out what other diet programs has to offer to help them decide.

    I have heard a little about these types of diet programs but I have not tried them yet. How does it work really? Does it mean you wll fast for 7 days and replace meals with juices? Or add these juices to your diet? What happens after 7 days?

    To other juice program, users usually go back to eating solid foods after 7 days of fast and juicing. Also, they eat at least one meal a day and drink at least 64 ounces of juice a day during the fast. Also, a week or more before they start on this program, they are advised to eliminate various foods in their diet (foods containing caffeine, sugar, wheat, dairy, fish, etc.). Instead they should eat fruits and vegetables. I'm not sure if the same applies to this program but it should at least be similar.

    Just juice for 7 days? Sounds hard to do especially if you have intense workout program. But it's not entirely liquid right? At least they are allowed to eat one meal a day. Do they have a restrictive meal as well? I mean how many calories per meal?

    Mikaela is right. I read a review about this diet plan and it says that for 7 days, users need to eliminate all other foods including coffee, alcohol and sodas. Also, before they start on this diet, they are advice to do a prefasting one week before. They should eliminate sugar, dairy, nicotine, alcohol, caffeine and processed foods. However, users are only allowed to drink juice and smoothies as suggested in the book. Their diet plan does not include a normal meal. As for exercise, it is not advice to do intense workout. It's recommended that they only do light jogging, walking or yoga.
