    Good point. But the fact is that why would be want lesser time to exercise when it's good for the body and it keeps us in good health? Sometimes I get tired of exercising but I cannot deny the fact that I am very much energized and feel better when I am active.

    Thanks Sarah. From my personal experience, I get cranky and have low energy if I don't exercise. Some of us who are not used to it don't value the importance of exercise but it releases toxins from our body and it keeps us in good shape. I've stopped for 3 days now because I have a flu and my body just hurts so I am just mostly in bed resting. When I get well I will surely get back moving again.
