Default I use the Fat Burning Furnace Program

This is an ebook (Fat Burning Furnace) I bought that I like to use for my health and weight management. The book is hard work and not a magic diet or pill. This is straight forward and does make sense with everything I know about fat and weight loss. Hope that helps.

The Fat Burning Furnace plan focuses on eliminating unwanted fat through exercise, 45 mins a week. Dieters will learn 22 kinds of exercises that said to target and burn fat and they can expect to lose 26 pounds in just 7 weeks. Dieters are also advised what they should eat and what food to avoid. The program has a 60-day money back guarantee, so dieters think the program is not for them, they can get a refund.

with money back guarantee? It sounds safe enough since fat burning is not through any pills, supplements or food but exercise. Hmmm.. what are the cons of this diet?

There's only two disadvantages that really stand out. One is, this diet is based on workout, you need commitment and dedication for you to see the results. For those whodon't like or don't have the time to workout, this is not the plan for them. Second, the workout is more of strength training and it would work best if you have access to gym equipment or have time to go to the gym.

lose 26 pounds in just 7 weeks? 22 different exercises? Wow! This program sounds a bit extreme, in a good way. I guess it really is not for people with busy lifestyles.

    Default Exercise to lose weight

Exercising for 45 minutes a week and thinking you're going to lose weight is delusional. Not because your combined diet and mickey mouse exercise program can't work at all; it's that even if you do lose weight, 45 minutes of exercise isn't enough for a hamster, never mind an adult human.

The human body thrives on hard work. It needs hard work to drive oxygen to the extremeties. If you don't do the work and put in the time, you'll have circulation problems in addition to weight problems. This diet is utter nonsense.

45 minutes of exercise for a week isn't enough indeed. If you want to lose weight, 45 mins/day is a good way to get that body moving and burn calories . The key is regular exercise

I try to exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes everyday even if I am tired. I just use different kinds of exercises so I don't get bored doing it everyday. If I exercise less I feel like I will gain weight eventually because I still eat the foods I want to eat but keep it in moderation. I don't eat junk foods anymore unless I am pmsing and I cannot control the cravings. In reality I don't think anyone can lose weight by just exercising for 45mins once a week, but I maybe be wrong

I don't think either because if it is as effective as it says it is, everybody will be doing what this book says and it won't need promotion anymore
