You have a lot of foods to avoid. Some of them are fast food or any processed foods, refined carbohydrates, sugars, caffeine, peanuts, eggs and dairy products. There are a lot more foods on the list.

Milk contain fats which increase weight. Also, egg yolk contains extreme fats which cannot be ignored. So, you need to avoid them.

If you eat eggs and drink milk in moderation, you cannot go wrong. You shouldn't really avoid them totally unless you are advised by your doctor because you have a health condition that need you to avoid these foods.
