    I am not a big fan of fats and I don't like eating fatty foods. I had eggs and bacon for breakfast and I didn't enjoy it as much as eating vegetables or fruits in the morning. I think the diet program will work only if you are comfortable with it and you have faith in it to follow it regularly

    Is low carbo diet better than low fat diet? I have been avoiding fats and cutting back on sugars and bad carbs because I don't think I can go with a low carb diet at all. However, I want to know which one is better...

    Can you please tell me either this book is available at the internet,some where free of charge. Any good free e books man.If this book is not free than where I have to purchase it via Amazon or some site online.

    @Leanordio: You can definitely google to find out. I think you need a lot of guidance to lose weight using the philosophy of Eat Fat Get Thin. There are just too much restrictions and I think that each diet works differently on people.
