    I was reading at Shape.com and found an interesting article about the 5 diet books on their list that lead to lasting weight loss.

    1. Thin for Life By Anne M. Fletcher

    Philosophy: Different weight-loss strategies work for different people
    Best for: Dieters who's tried it all but without success.

    2. Getting Thin and Loving Food! By Kathleen Daelemans.

    Philosophy You can eat delicious food and still lose weight.
    Best for: Dieters who hate to count calories

    3. The Dish By Carolyn O'Neil

    Philosophy: Losing weight doesn't have to be boring.
    Best For: Dieters who don't want to sacrifice style for pounds lost

    4. The Step Diet Book By James O. Hill

    Pphilosophy Lose weight painlessly, trim food portions by 25 percent and take up walking.
    Best For: Dieters who don't want to make drastic changes

    5. The Complete Book of Food Counts, Sixth Edition By Corinne T. Netzer

    Philosophy Calories do count.
    Best for: Food diarists and portion-control practitioners

    These are, indeed, really interesting books especially Thin for Life By Anne M. Fletcher. I agree with the philosophy as well. Not all diets work on everyone.

    I think I like Getting Thin and Loving Food! By Kathleen Daelemans because I am not a fan of counting calories
