I woudn't bother with dieting books, just simple steps can help you diet.

- Eat slow, if you eat fast you'll be full before you stomach realises, and this can often lead to bloating.
- Take exersize don't over eat calories your not intending to burn, so if you have done little exersize that day and only feel a little hungry don't go overkill with a big dinner, have a small meal, piece of fruit or a filling yogurt.
- Cut down on sweet things, yeah don't stop eating sweet things but cut down on them, if you are tempted say to yourself "If I resist think of the weight I WONT put on - I'll look freakin' amazin!"

It works for me =)
"Crunches and Pushups" are good at home exersizes you can do, it works well with fast music, but don't overwork yourself too much exersize can hurt you badly.

I'm not sure what you're talking about- I think a diet, right? I wouldn't suggest going on one, just eat fruit, cut back on the junk food and exercise. The fat comes back after the diet stops, and they say to not eat one of the 4 food groups- which isn't good for you.
