    Default Healthy diet

A healthy diet includes plenty of fruits and vegetables, proteins, and

dairy products. For proteins try to add more fish into your diet, it has

the essential Omega-3 fatty acids that are great for the brain and mental

focus. Dairy products are good but stay away from pasteurized and

homogenized milk because they tend to clog arteries and limit the eye

circulation. The best vegetables are carrots, spinach, bean sprouts,

    endive, celery, and cucumber.

Yeh, I've just never got back to exercising ever since I started working. I guess it’s due to not having enough time and not being organized. Last week I found my solution! And I feel so happy with myself. I discovered this new site. It's a reminder system that allows me to remind myself with the things I need to do. Having a little something there to remind you everyday especially exercising makes a big difference to my life!. I'm organised, I’m happier, and I feel healthy already! And It’s Free! Maybe you can give a try.

I agree with you Timawa. I don't eat much animal meat but I get my protein from eggs and beans and I eat a lot of fruits.

A healthy diet could also mean less trans fat, less saturated fats, low in sodium in your diet. Cook your foods by boiling, baking and broiling instead of frying them. Choose to eat good carbs too and try to avoid eating processed foods.

I agree with all of you. Nothing beats a diet rich in fruits and vegetables. I eat them raw so I could take advantage of all their vitamins and nutrients. I love fish too especially tuna and salmon.
